2005-06:
Finished 57th at the Northeast Regional... earned all-conference honors after finishing ninth at America East Championships... was the No. 3 finisher for SB at the Paul Short Invite... finished eighth at the Fordham Invitational.

2004-05:
America East Champion in the indoor 1000 and was a member of the school record-setting 4x800 relay team that finished third... finished sixth and set a school record in the 1000 at ECAC Indoor Championships... finished ninth at the Seawolves Invite... placed 28th at America East Championships... finished fourth in the 1500 at Metropolitan Championships... crossed third in the 1500 and sixth in the 5000 at America East Outdoor Championships.

Before Stony Brook:
Attended the University of Bath in England... finished seventh in British University cross country championships in 2002 and 2003.

High School:
A member of the cross country and track teams at St. Brendans... finished fourth in the 1500-meters in English Schools... placed fifth in English National Cross Country meet... also played ice hockey.
